Team Members Joining

Soon you will begin to see pictures of new team members to the 2012 Peru VIM.  We are blessed to have people with different graces and gifts join us.

We are especially excited about a new youth opportunity teaching other youths in Peru.  If you are in high school and interested in joining us we have a lot of fun activities planned and you'll get to meet other teens from Peru!

Two teams will be going to Peru in 2012 but they will be acting as one; One in Christ, One in love, One in hope.  If you would like to join our team please let us know and we will send you information.  We are limited in the amount of folks we can take and we do have already 9 people signed up!  Peace!

Hello everyone!

It is good to be back home, although I do miss my new friends.  I had a good time visiting and traveling with you.  When I was asked if I had a good time in Peru the answer was very mixed. I received a blessing as I helped at the school.  I loved working with the children and getting to know some of the parents.  My heart goes out to the teachers and parents at the school. I had a great time site seeing and climbing Machu Picchu. I made it to the top!! All of the good, different food was great. But-- it is good to be home.

I will be leaving for Washington State on Monday, July 11.  My sister and brother-in-law are arriving here on Sunday.  We are going to take our time and site see along the way.  Our destination is Bremerton, Wa., where our brother lives. i ask your prayers for a safe trip.
