There are many wonderful things already to say..but let me first say that we have arrived safely. all luggage, people, medicines etc, made it well!
First we would like to thank the tsa officers in KS who did an excellent job with Jeremiah. They helped each of us get through the security process well. Jeremiah had to be hand screened because he cannot go through metal detectors. He also does not liked to be touched or to stand still...yet the officers gently talked to him, and were careful to only do what was needed. Jeremiah was very grateful!
our plane in FL landed 2 doors down from our international flight! Which was a miracle since I have never landed within a few feet of where I needed to be in a large airport!
The whole team went to lunch yesterday and got to see a great horse show. It was a beautiful farm and we were greatful to go to bed early.
The team who went straight to Chincha arrived safely yesterday at 7:00pm.
Today we see patients, Jeremiah is in the class room, and some will be doing maintenance projects. We give thanks to God for the opportunity to be here and be with all our new friends.
